If the service permanently closes due to force majeure, eligible unused purchased credits may be submitted for a refund under our Refund Policy.

Clear billing rules before you pay
How renewals, expiration, failed generations, cancellations, and refunds work.
Do subscriptions renew automatically?
Yes. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until canceled. You can cancel future renewal from Billing and keep using the current period until it ends.
When do subscription credits expire?
Each monthly subscription grant is valid for 60 days, allowing one month of rollover. Annual credits are delivered upfront and expire at the end of the annual billing period. A renewal starts a new allocation.
Do I need a subscription to buy a credit pack?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases and remain valid while Imgent continues normal operation. You may buy another pack whenever you need it.
Will a failed generation use credits?
No. We reserve the quote while the task runs, charge successful outputs, and automatically return the reserved credits for failed or unfinished outputs.
What happens when I cancel a subscription?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the paid billing period, while unused subscription credits remain available only until the expiration date shown for each grant.
Can I request a refund?
Eligible unused paid credits may be refundable within 7 calendar days under the Refund Policy. Consumed, free, bonus, and promotional credits are not refundable.
